The background

I've spent 25 years in commercial roles — from key account manager to Chief Commercial Officer — at companies like Cavotec, Honeywell, Medtronic and DuPont. I know what it means to carry a quota, manage a pipeline, coach a rep through a stalled deal and report to a board on revenue.

When Claude Cowork came along, I started using it in my own work immediately. Not for presentations — for actual prospecting, outreach, call prep and deal tracking. It changed how I work. And I realised most sales teams have no idea what's possible.
